In the moments when nothing has felt so cold At the brink of the edge when you feel you might fold Just hold. Just hold. I know you might feel that you want to give in That to stop and to quit would be like you win That everything which passes has a deafening din But just hold. Just hold. There is a link to your arm which awaits a salute A shoulder, an ear; just be strong; be astute Take time. It’s not a one way, dead end route Just hold. Just hold. |
